Congratulations to the Young People with Dementia team in Wokingham in Berkshire, having won the RCPsych Psychiatric Team of the Year Award for older adults 2015!
The charity, which promotes regular social contact and encourages stimulating activities within natural spaces, adopts a very sustainable approach. For further information via an article I wrote:

The team have changed the lives of many people diagnosed with early dementia, and I hope to spend more time with the group and perform a more thorough sustainability appraisal of the service. Watch this space!
