Last chance to contribute to a medical curriculum for sustainable healthcare!

The Sustainable Healthcare Education (SHE) Network is convening a national consultation on priority learning outcomes (PLOs) for sustainability in medical education, which has been prompted by the General Medical Council.

Round 1 - the online consultation - has been extended to 10th April 2013 and can be found here

Help is sought in refining the PLOs, which trace a path from global environmental awareness to practical action in the workplace.  Consultation responses have so far been received from medical students and trainee doctors as well as from individuals and organisations involved in undergraduate and postgraduate medical education.

Please give us your views!  We would like to hear from anyone with an interest in the future of the health service.  We estimate it will take around 30 minutes to read the outcomes and complete the questionnaire.

The findings from Round 1 will be summarised and form the basis of Round 2, which will include a meeting of the expert group in London on 30th April.
