Hi all - the sustainability team at Newcastle are using a 10-step framework to support departments and directorates and hopefully now boards going forward, to embed sustainability into governance / business as usual e.g. appointing a sustainability lead, strengthening green champions networks, creating a statement and key action points...
I am trying to evaluate this and find out what frameworks or approaches other Trusts / businesses are using to embed sustainability to share learning and best practice. If anyone is interesting in discussing this further please drop me an email e.vittery@nhs.net
