Seeking resource: standardised tool to measure adults views/experience/attitude on environmental sustainability

I have a group of occupational therapy students interested at measuring fellow university students' views/experience/attitudes on environmental sustainability.

Does anyone know of any standardised free published tools that can be used for survey/questionnaire please?
