With an emphasis on Outdoor exercise, and some areas of Telford having both some of the worst levels of health in the area and highest levels of food poverty, this is a new attempt to improve the health in the area.

"Afternoon all

I hope you are all well and coping in these challenging times!

I have some exciting news for you, today we have launched our new campaign ‘Let’s Get Telford Healthy’

The coronavirus pandemic has highlighted to many people how important it is to take care of their health and we have had to get more creative in the way that we support local people to achieve their health related goals. So we are pleased to be able to offer a NEW e-mail programme to guide people through all they need to know about getting healthy. This is in addition to any support they may need from our appointment service.

Those who sign up to our FREE support will receive 12 weekly messages that will introduce a different topic each week to help make the changes they chose. We will also send a further weekly message with tips and ideas to try out. We’ll include videos, case studies and useful links to help reach set goals.

Anyone can sign up to our emails at any time using this link https://public.govdelivery.com/accounts/UKTW/signup/18627

Please can you share with your contacts, families, service users and others you feel would benefit from this new and exciting campaign.

Attached is some details you can use for posts on your social media pages and newsletters

Any questions please let me know

Best wishes
