Call for papers and posters:
The symposium aims to present the diversity of sustainable practices within health and social care settings and to inspire change towards more sustainable practices.  We extend an invitation to academic and clinical colleagues from a wide range of disciplines who are engaged in sustainability.

The theme this year is all about sustainability and you, we would like to hear about your experience of and your research into sustainability.  How does sustainability impact on what you do, what you teach, what you research, how you practice?

The symposium will have a range of parallel sessions and workshops related to the theme.  We invite you to submit an abstract for a paper to be presented in a session or a poster to be displayed at the symposium.

Please send your abstract clearly identified as a paper or poster abstract by 2 February 2016 to sustainabilityshs@brighton.ac.uk.  See attached file for abstract submission details.  Abstracts will be selected by the academic leads of the School of Health Sciences Sustainability Specialist Interest Group.  You will receive an email confirming receipt of your abstract.  All authors will be told if their abstract has been accepted in March 2016.

Abstracts will be made available on our website 6 weeks before the symposium.

The symposium is free to attend although registration is needed:  Registration website

Please forward this call for papers and posters to anyone you think might be interested in the symposium.
