We are celebrating Sustainability Day by promoting 2 green initiatives.
1) The Day itself is declared as Spring Switch Off - encouraging patients, staff and visitors to switch off unwanted non-essential non-medical electrical equipment between 07.00 and 19.00 hours
2) With the on-set of the long Easter Weekend and equally long school full term, we are raising awareness of sustainability by launching an Eco-Rhyme Competition open to staff and their families (including linking up with a local infants/junior school where many of our staff children attend)
Our Communications Team is heavily involved with carrying out the necessary PR and raising awareness of these initiatives.
