We will be hearing from Miss Chantelle Rizan (Sustainable Surgical Fellow at the Centre for Sustainable Healthcare) who will provide an overview of how you can reduce your carbon footprint in the surgical workplace. We are also delighted to welcome Professor Mahmood Bhutta (Founder of the BMA Medical Fair and Ethical Trade Group) who will discuss labour rights abuses within the healthcare supply chain. Finally we will hear from surgical trainee Miss Victoria Pegna (Vice Chair of the Sustainability in Surgery working group at RCSEng) who will discuss the  opportunities and challenges surrounding sustainability faced on the ground.
