Greener Practice have launced an asthma toolkit designed to help GP practices improve outcomes for patients with asthma whilst also reducing carbon emissions. It will help practices achieve the PCN contract Investment and Impact Fund (IIF) ES-01, ES-02, RESP-01 and RESP-02 indicators.
There are step-by-step quality improvement project ideas split into four domains: diagnosis, disease control, device choice and disposal. The projects include educational videos, searches for system one and EMIS IT systems, patient-facing resources and asthma templates you can use.
