Stefi Barna works on curriculum design for the clinical education programmes, and helps medicine, nursing and other health professions incorporate planetary health and sustainable healthcare into their curricula. She also teaches public health and sustainability at Azim Premji University (India), planetary health at Queen Mary University of London (UK), medical peace work for the University of Bergen (Norway), and previously directed public health teaching at Norwich Medical School, University of East Anglia (UK). Her academic background is in history (UC Berkeley) and international public health (UCLA).
