The Centre for Sustainable Healthcare invites you to a volunteer management workshop designed specifically for healthcare professionals looking to enhance their volunteer management skills for green space projects on their sites. The workshop will be guided by experts in the field from Warwickshire Wildlife Trust - Anna Wright (Health and Wellbeing Manager) and Amanda Evans (Team Wilder Director). Anna and Amanda have years of experience recruiting, training and supporting volunteers to take action for nature. The event will cover essential topics including recruitment strategies, effective induction, health and safety, communication techniques and methods for maximising volunteer potential. Through interactive sessions and case studies, participants will develop actionable plans to implement in their own healthcare settings.
