Sustainability in service design, applying the WFOT QUEST quality indicator framework

The attached presentation was delivered at one of the monthly OT and AHP monhtly online meetings, taking place every second wednesday of the month 7- 8.30pm.  The QUEST is a tool developed by the WFOT https://wfot.org/quest and this presentation gives a brief demonstration of how it has been applied to a community peer led and MDT activity based group programme in specifically considering sustainablity factors.  It also gives an overview of the WFOT and the QUEST tool.  Please do reach out if you wish more information about anything included in the presentation.
