Call for a passionate mental health clinician (any professional background) to speak at a virtual panel on leading through the climate crisis at a student leadership conference.
I'm a Senior Lecturer in Clinical Leadership at Sheffield Hallam University. We are holding a student virtual conference for final years students (multiprofessional – nurses/midwives/paramedics/social workers/AHPs etc) on 29th September - around 1500 students in total.
I'm planning to co-ordinate a multi-professional panel of passionate clinicians who care about climate change , and what leading sustainably looks like in their field and interprofessionally. I'm keen to have someone with a mental health background on the panel - as we have a huge number of student mental health nurses and role modelling is so important.
