Yes v good to hear about potential of U drain to reduce plastic in APD, thanks Joanne! Also Carl has given me useful food for thought about practicalities of measuring waste in a standardised way in different units - each disposing of different layers of packaging waste at different steps when unloading / handling / storing things. After the sharing hour i had a catch up with Mark Wright who is leading Workstream 3 of the Sustainable Kidney Care (SKC) Committee and he said they have been finding exactly the same issue when piloting sustainability reporting with units.
