As part of an NHS Supply Chain tender renewal I am exploring options and requirements for more sustainable hollowware (bowls, pots, trays, jugs etc.) options. If anyone has tried or changed any of their hollowware from disposable to more sustainable products or is planning to do so I would be really interested in getting some feedback.
Would this be for patient catering, or for clinical care?
