Join this online Q Visit to hear how improvement specialists and health professionals across the UK are integrating sustainability into their QI training and practice.
The Centre for Sustainable Healthcare’s Sustainability in Quality Improvement (SusQI) team will be joined by three of the SusQI Beacon Sites: Cardiff and Vale University Health Board, Midlands Partnership NHS Foundation Trust, and South Warwickshire University NHS Foundation Trust.
During this Visit you will:
- Learn about the work of the Centre for Sustainable Healthcare and in particular the SusQI programme
- Learn from three settings where healthcare practitioners are embedding sustainability in their improvement training and practice
- Be introduced to methodology and tools for embedding sustainability into improvement work
- Build your understanding of how to use indicators for sustainability in QI
