LandShare together with The Campaign for Greener Healthcare launched the 'Sustainable Supper' last Thursday, 25th February, in Oxford at the Vaults and Garden, University Church of St. Mary the Virgin.

The Sustainable Supper will be a regular event on the last Thursday of every other month for people of Oxfordshire who are active in shaping a sustainable future to come together informally, to eat good local food, to think, and to talk. The supper was well attended by people from University, businesses and charities. The evening's speaker was Sir Muir Gray, who has been a successful innovator in the NHS for 35 years, wrote the first paper on Greening the NHS back in 1989 and is now the Director of the charity Knowledge into Action which the Campaign for Greener Healthcare is part of. His engaging talk was followed by lively discussions among attendees to tasty food and wine.

If you are interested in attending the next sustainable supper on Thursday 29th April 2010, please contact ingeborg.steinbach@kintoa.org.
