I will be supporting Natural academy over the next few months in setting up a peer discussion space for NHS staff developing nature-well -inspired nature connection sessions to support wellbeing

I’ll be hosting a few informal troubleshooting workshops to share lessons from my first year running green social prescribing programmes in hospital settings. These informal sessions are all about open discussion — sharing challenges, swapping ideas, and learning from each other. Whether you work in physical or mental health, you’re very welcome.
