It's five years since North Bristol NHS Trust and University Hospitals Bristol & Weston declared a climate and ecological emergency, setting an ambitious goal to reach net zero carbon by 2030.
We've got just another five years to get there and we can't do it without everyone doing their bit. That's why we're holding a Sustainable Healthcare Showcase to look back at the amazing work done in the past five years and inspire you think about how you can be less carbon-intensive in work and make better use of our limited resources.
Being sustainable is good for the planet, good for our finances and most importantly, good for people's health! So please join us to celebrate our successes, share knowledge and learn what it means to deliver Sustainable Healthcare.
