πΏ Rethinking sustainability β from equipment to people
At Wild-Ness Health, we believe that creating a truly sustainable healthcare system means looking beyond materials and processes β and reimagining how we sustain the people who deliver care.
Over the past three years, our events β including The Sustainable Healer Conference β have brought together clinicians, academics, creatives, and people with lived experience to explore what it means to practise in ways that are sustainable, relational, and human-centred.
Our work has attracted attention from the BMA, RCGP, and NHS Education for Scotland, recognising that sustainability isnβt only about recycling and reusables β itβs also about how we sustain ourselves and each other in the work of care.
This autumn, weβre taking the next step:
π The Four Seasons of Learning β a new online educational programme for health professionals that captures the learning from three years of Wild-Ness Health events and translates it into meaningful, manageable CPD.
The programme moves with the rhythm of nature β helping us restore balance, reconnect with purpose, and reimagine a more whole-person NHS.
The Autumn season explores awareness and letting go through Internal Family Systems, Polyvagal Theory, and the Empowerment Dynamic.
