Trees as a healthcare asset

In recent years, there has been a growing recognition of the invaluable role trees play in promoting our health and wellbeing. Trees are not merely a part of the landscape; they are essential assets that need to be incorporated and prioritised in healthcare settings.

Join us for this Tree Week talk as we explore the powerful role of trees and woodlands in healthcare settings. This session will delve into the evidence-based health benefits of trees and how they can be harnessed to improve health outcomes for staff, patients, and communities.

This event provides an insight into our newly launched Trees and Woodlands module, part of our Green Space for Health course designed for healthcare professionals.

The online talk will be around 20 mins with some time for questions afterwards. This is a free event.
