Are you confident in teaching patients how to use their inhalers? The first step in improving environmental sustainability of inhaler use is to ensure that people use the correct technique to get the drug to where it is needed.
These 3 minute videos cover (I think!) every inhaler device out there and have been quality assured by the UK Inhaler Group.
I have also tried them out as a parent of an eight-year-old who has just been prescribed his first asthma inhalers (dry powder, at my request!). We found them really helpful.
