An insightful study surveying dermatological societies' environmental sustainability governance and member activity in regard to environmental sustainability and climate change. This study is important as it highlights the current status of climate change and environmental sustainability in the societies that steer and lead our profession. An action plan for increased engagement on this vital area is presented.
