Environmental Sustainability in Hospitals Survey for Dissertation Research

Hi there! I am a postgraduate student at Durham University asking any UK and US hospital staff to voluntarily fill out my survey for my dissertation research. The study looks at the effectiveness of current environmental sustainability practices implemented in UK and US hospitals.
