An Evaluation Toolkit for assessing the impact of Food Hubs

During this talk Dr Effie Papargyropoulou Associate Professor in Sustainable Food Networks, University of Leeds, highlighted the findings of her research in this area. This research identifies approaches to addressing the ill-health that can be tied to or exacerbated by food poverty. It is a collaboration between the University of Leeds, FoodWise and Leeds City Council.
