Resource Description: 

Project completed as part of The 2018 University Hospitals Southampton NHS Foundation Trust Green Ward Competition.

Project Aim:

To optimise patients in readiness for leaving hospital and to enable and increase patient engagement with activity. 

Results: 
The estimated savings in 2018 are £166.32 and 2,564 kg CO2e per year for one ward.
