The mental health charity Mind are developing resources to support those of us feeling the impacts of climate change on our mental health. They are currently conducting a survey where respondents can share their experiences and be in with a chance to win a £25 shopping voucher for The Body Shop, National Trust or Bookshop.org.

The deadline is the 1st of December and it’s for anyone aged 18+ in England and Wales (where Mind operates).

As we’re all aware, the impacts of the climate and environmental emergency are widely reported for young people, but less so for those of us in different generations. This is a chance to help develop information that can help support of all ages, whether they’re 18 or 118 (and beyond!).

Please follow this link to complete the survey (and feel free to share it anywhere you feel might be relevant):
