The Centre is hosting a series of seminars, funded by the Connaught Global Challenge Award to develop an International Research Network for Climate Positive Care (IRNCPC).
This seminar series aims to provoke new thinking on critical issues relevant to climate positive health systems while engaging a wide range of disciplinary communities in considering research opportunities at the intersection of sustainability and healthcare. The seminar series is co-sponsored by the University of Toronto Centre for Sustainable Health Systems, CASCADES, and the School of the Environment; specific seminars may also be co-sponsored by other field-specific units. A playlist of available recordings of past presentations is available here.
The next seminar is scheduled for Thursday May 12th from 12PM to 1PM EDT: Anchor Institutions and Inter-Sectoral Action: Lessons from Hamilton presented by Jim Dunn, Professor & Chair, Department of Health, Aging, & Society, McMaster University.
