Disposal of nutritional supplements

Some of the CSH volunteers are gathering information on the disposal of nutritional supplements and the associated packaging. We are looking to publish the findings in an article in a relevant nutrition journal or wherever else might be relevant. Can anyone advise where would be best to publish? Thank you.
