A group of women have won a case in the European Court of Human Rights around age and gender vulnerability to climate change, and lack of government mitigating action. It will be interesting to see what if any trickle down this has in real terms, but it is still a land mark victory and illustrates high level recognition of the impact of climate change on health, wellbeing and inequalities.
