Green Prescribing (nature-based health interventions) 5min Research Questionnaire

Hello,

I am inviting GPs to participate in a short Health Research Authority approved questionnaire as part of my PhD (at the University of Sheffield). It takes approximately 5 minutes to complete. The results will form part of an important research project to determine the current knowledge and feasibility of Green Prescribing (similar to social prescribing but focusing on the natural environment).
