Green Theatre Checklist | Sustainable Healthcare Networks Hub

Hi all,

Hope this is ok to ask on this forum. Is anyone using the Royal Colleges of Surgery Green Theatre Checklist in obstetric or gynae theatres? It doesn't seem to have had involvement from RCOG, which seems a shame since obstetricians/gynaecologists also perform surgical procedures. I imagine lots might still be applicable but would appreciate any insight from those working in the field.

I have used it in gynaecology theatres and we have used it in our caesarean section lists, not regularly but on one off occasions to see what improvements we can make. We have suggested to the RCOG that they consider putting together a Green Cesarean Checklist - hopefully soon!
