This survey has been designed for completion by staff who work in theatres in the UK, and is being conducted to understand if and how the Green Theatre Checklist is currently being implemented, and to identify any enablers or barriers to its implementation. It will also provide an opportunity to highlight and share areas of good practice, and a chance to make suggestions to improve its usability and implementation.
