Kidney Care Action Plan (Scotland) inviting comments

Kidney Research UK in Scotland has convened a working group of patients, GPs, secondary care physicians, academics, and industry representatives to examine areas for potential improvement of care for CKD in Scotland.  

I have attached our late draft of Kidney Research UK CKD Action Plan,  which we want to share with you for your thoughts and comments on the basis that delivery of our recommendations, when they are finalised, will rely on the consent and support of partner organisations.
