THIS Institute launched a call for new postdoctoral awards on green and sustainable healthcare this week. The awards support a wide range of improvement research projects on a variety of projects from redesigning clinical pathways to reduce waste to evaluating energy use and supply chains in care homes. More information about this call and eligible projects here - to fund a number of high quality interdisciplinary awards to support a range of improvement projects in this important area.
THIS will be funding fellowships up to three years with awards up to a maximum of £270k and opportunity to take part in a programme of professional development activity. Applications from those at senior level (associate professor/professor or equivalent) would also be welcome, as this may be suitable for a sabbatical. Deadline for applications is 15 December 2021, with award decisions by March 2022 following panel assessment and peer review.
