It was great to see a few of you at the CCWG session at the RCPCH conference last week. I enjoyed many of the presentations. I'm keen to get a copy of the poster the Milton Keynes group used to encourage CYP and families to return empty inhalers. Can anyone point me in the right direction to find a copy?
Any reports/abstracts on similar projects would be really useful too.

I have been working with a paediatric consultant and CYP representative on a similar project. They have just submitted a proposal on a inhaler returns project to the Greener NHS Healthier Futures Action Fund. I'm sure they would really appreciate linking up with you to discuss this further. Yes please! I'd love to link up. I've been working with Becky Ellerton, paed trainee who is coming to the RVI soon. I still haven't got a copy but also haven't chased this up in recent weeks and now will. Might it be good to have a quick teams conversation, you , me and Becky sometime soonish to talk about how to progress things?

Hi Gill,
Great to hear from you. Would be v keen to meet you and Becky. I've been thinking about designing a Transition Clinic (maybe around the transition from Primary to Secondary school) to look at switching children to DPIs and educating them around good asthma care/inhaler recycling etc. The idea is in very early stages so would be keen to discuss and think further about how it might work / any other ideas you have.
