Next week we will be hosting our second Respiratory Care Sustainability Network 'sharing hour'. It’s taking place via Zoom, Weds 27th Sep, 10:30-11:30am.
In this session we'll hear from Dr Michael Crooks, senior clinical lecturer and honorary consultant at Hull York Medical School and Hull University Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust, about the SENTINEL project. This is a quality improvement project aiming to improve outcomes for patients with asthma and simultaneously reduce the environmental impact of asthma and its treatment. It has been rolled out across several primary care networks, and pilot data has shown huge reductions in SABA prescriptions, and corresponding CO2-equivalent savings.
After the presentation there will be plenty of time for questions, and to share your own experience, ideas, and feedback.
Sound interesting? To register please follow the Eventbrite link here: Respiratory Care Sustainability Network Tickets, Wed 27 Sep 2023 at 10:30 | Eventbrite. We look forward to meeting many of you then!
