I'm an oncology nurse based in the U.S and am interested in promoting the concept of nature-based social prescribing here. I wondered if any of my collegues in the UK (or elsewhere) knew of a software or app that supports Green SP? Thank you!

At a webinar this morning the app Commonplace was mentioned as being used for green social prescribing. I'm not sure if it only covers the UK : https://www.commonplace.is/
There is also a possible social prescribing potential via the Go Jauntly Nature Notes app, https://www.gojauntly.com/nature-notes
I'm posting the links but have no experience of using either so can't recommend or comment on the apps.
