Telephone Transplant Clinics

We're working towards setting up a telephone transplant clinic service at the South West Transplant Centre.

I'm aware that more and more units are doing this. I'd like to collate collective experience to date.

Does YOUR unit run a telephone clinic of any kind? If so, please let me know (and ideally who to contact there if its not yourself).
