UHSussex Revised Gloves Off Infographic

University Hospitals Sussex NHS Foundation Trust has revised their original 'Gloves Off' infographic.

There is now a section that says gloves are not needed when caring for patients with respiratory infections.

There is no evidence that gloves, or aprons, prevent the transmission of respiratory infections. Gloves and aprons can give a false sense of security. Respiratory viruses can be transferred on the surface of the glove to equipment or the face. Hand hygiene and face protection are key in these situations
