Walking Aids Return and Reuse for National Recycle Week - Thank you for taking part!

More than 65 NHS trusts and local authorities promoted walking aid return and reuse schemes during National Recycle Week and 265 return sites are now featured on the Recycle Now website. https://lnkd.in/ea_7cVGm

Increasing the return rate of walking aids such as walking sticks, frames and crutches over the next three years could reduce NHS carbon emissions by 7,400 tonnes, equivalent to 281,397 car trips from London to Bristol and save taxpayers money.
