What do you think of the RCEM Position Statement on Environmentally Sustainable Emergency Care?

RCEM released their position statement on environmentally sustainable emergency healthcare today. I think it's a strong move from RCEM and will support clinicians like me who advocate for sustainable change, but I'd be really interested to hear people's thoughts on this and how it will affect their practice.
