It feels like the extreme heat might have brought the climate crisis a bit more into the forefront of people’s minds this week, both for us as practitioners as well as for our clients. Research has found that concerns about climate change can lead individuals to exhibit symptoms of depression, anxiety, and stress, and that some people experience profound feelings of loss, frustration, and helplessness in the face of climate change.

I was wondering if this has come up for anyone in their clinical work? And if so if it might help to share experiences and discuss how we might support our clients with this issue?
