The UK Health Alliance on Climate Change UK Health Alliance on Climate Change represents over 1 million people in 49 healthcare organisations, professional bodies and coalitions.
Why should your organisation join? Please write and ask them!

● Members are calling for their organisations to take action - write to your organisation now - this makes a difference!

Our unique and useful insights as professionals allied to health  are missing - as an important part of NHS  workforce we think we should be heard

Calling for actions: - changing diets, active travel – important we know what is happening and can contribute

Commitments - the list of 11 actions to guide organisations, is a good starting point and can be taken at the pace which suits the organisation

The UKHACC can support with communications/inforamation and advice saving time on policy writing

● We also need to be part of policy reports on adaptation of health service, resilience; weather threats, heat and flooding etc. will HUGELY impact us all and we have value to add

When letters go to Gov/ policy makers nationally and internationally there is a stronger message together.   Will be noticed by members if we are missing

Rate is 28.5p per member, capped at £510 (min payment) and £5580 (max payment). 2.3 pence /month - a very small portion of our membership fees and one most would gladly pay for influencing policy and direction

Ensure you have your say and add your voice to the calls for change!!
