This one-hour webinar will bring together hospice colleagues from quality, patient safety, medicines management, pharmacy, medical, nursing and sustainability roles to explore how hospices can deliver safe, person-centred care while reducing avoidable medicines waste and environmental impact.
The session will use deprescribing as a practical lens for the conversation. It will combine an expert input, a hospice example and facilitated discussion to explore where sustainability and quality/safety aims align and what shared learning the sector could take forward.
