Come join Wild-Ness Health, for two days of inspirational talks and practical workshops, led by thought leaders, NHS "trailblazers" and people with lived experience, exploring how new science of lifestyle medicine and mind-body medicine, offer a more sustainable approach to health.
The event is inspired by the experience of Dr Kath Jones, an NHS GP in a remote Highland community with high health needs, where she uses a "whole-person" approach to care for people with "medically unexplained" symptoms, as described in this RCGP podcast here and article in the BMA magazine The Doctor here.
The ticket price of £349 includes a three-course dinner on the Thursday evening at the nearby Glenmoriston Town House Hotel, creating an opportunity for speakers and attendees to forge new connections.
On a practical note, both venues are within an easy walk from the Inverness train station and hotel accommodation is available from £143 per night for up to two people sharing.
