It explains how the principles of sustainable healthcare can be applied to gastroenterology, summarises the impacts of the changing climate and of pollution on health (both globally and in the UK), and through a glossary gives an introduction to terms related to the triple planetary crisis (climate change, pollution and biodiversity loss)
