Reducing Flow trons use with low risk post op orthopeadic patients

Hi, 

We are looking to reduce the amount of single use flowtrons we use post op on our ward.

We are looking at reducing the use for our low risk post op ortho patients. Has anyone already done this? Could anyone share any resources or projects please if you have?
